    Since the establishment, the company has been dedicating to the R&D and manufacturing the forging equipments, and it is one of the oldest and most professional forging equipment manufacturers in the industry. It was restructured to a private enterprise in 1998, and listed on the main board in the Singapore Stock Exchange successfully in April, 2006, which made it the first listed company overseas in the industry.
    The company covers an area of more than 1,000 mu, and the main products include metal forming machine tools such as mechanical press (including the open-closed, single-point double-point, high-speed, and etc.), NC punch press, plate-shear machine, bending machine of dozens of specification, and more than 100 varieties. WORLD Precise Machinery has established sales netork and service organizations in large and medium-sized cities across the country, and the products are even exported to Southeast Asia, Europe, South America and South Africa. It is the forging equipment manufacturer with the largest scale, most kinds, and widest sales service network in the industry.
    One point in particular is that the company owns the largest resin sand casting production line with the imported German technology along the Hu Ning Line, which is rare in the industry. The key components of the press adopt the resin sand casting. At the same time, besides satisfying the requirement of self main key part casting, the company also undertakes the processing business of resin sand casting for the pump, press and marine equipment.
