Main Features
1. The whole machine adopts VVVF(Variable Voltage and Variable Frequency) and becontrolled by PLC. HMI(Human Machine Interface) equipped with TFT true color touch screen enables customer to fully control the operation and running information of the equipment.
2. Strengthen the wall plate, machine base, movable platen in order to ensure the stableworking pressure and endurance for the machine.
3. The imported cam box and safety clutch controller ensure a stable operation and an accurate registration.
4. Center line positioning system of the cutting chase; Integrated push and pull side lays;Syne gear belt intermittent driving device; All these structures increase the working efficiency a lot
5. None stop sheet delivery device together with the angle-adjustable jogging brush bar keep it neat of the sheet delivery in a high speed,
6. Three frames’ structure of the stripping unit makes more reasonable of the stripping movement. The middle line positioning structure simplified the position operation help. reducing the make ready time.
7. Standard configuration include pre-load device ,sheet counter and cooling systems for lubrication.
