Full-auto High-speed Carton Gluing Machine

Introduction:

1, Upper and lower belt widened and strengthened, suitable for corrugated paper carton and with stronger transmission

2, Height of upper belt board adjusted immediately by pulling rod, to easily eliminate jammed paper

3, All guide plates except feeding and releasing guide adopt double electronic and manual system, in case electronic plate failed, manual plate can be used.

4, Aluminum assembling board with T-shaped slot, easy to assemble and unassemble supporting bar;

5, Pressure system of the paper receiving controlled by a cylinder

6, Touch controlling panel

7, Remote controller for operator to easily start up and stop the machine within operation area

7.       Equipped with auto regulating devices to regulate the crooked cartons while folding and gluing, and ensure high quality.

8.  Conveying table adopt PVC, adjust pressure by cylinder, and equipped with sponge belt to ensure high quality

Paper feeding section

The gluing section of upper drum can be precisely adjusted independently upper and lower, left-and-right, to ensure high quality gluing.

Folding section

The second folding line 180°, the fourth 180°.

Carton collection and regulating section

Continuous carton collection, adopt photoelectric counter, auto take-off device and auto continuous regulating device.
