APPLICATIONS:
FMZ-1260 FMZ-1450High Speed Automatic Laminator, automatic feeding of top
sheets and bottom sheets, is suitable for the high speed and automatic
lamination of color printed top sheet and corrugated paperboard.
FEATURES
Siemens PLC control system simplifies the electric structure and stabilizes the
control system.
VFD driving system achieves machine speed varying without stop.
Precise registration, high laminating accuracy.
Suction belt feeding structure makes bottom sheet feeding smooth and nice.
Suckers feeder system makes the top sheet feeding handy.
Overload protection system on pressure rollers avoiding any accidents.
Adjustable water coating on back of corrugated board; automatic cleaning of the
glue which probably dropped on the water coating roller.
Special registers design is more suitable to high speed lamination without
exceeding the top sheet.
Spare pre-stacking can be used for preparation of next batch of top sheet pile
while the laminator is running.
