Installation of the machine

1. After the machine is unpacked, everything can be ready.

2. The four sides of the machine shall keep the space required for operation of each line.

3, the machine foot screw rotation to the four casters from the ground, four regulation foot cup flat to the ground can be stable.

4, the machine can be installed after power supply.

After connecting the power supply, the machine can be started up. Generally, the ex-factory machine has been adjusted in a better working state before leaving the factory. If there is no special reason, do not transfer the machine.Especially transport belt adjustment balance handwheel, do not arbitrarily adjust

 

Main operating instructions

 

1. Switch on the power, open the control door, close the power and air switch.

2. Screw the general power switch to 1 gear, turn on the temperature control switch, transport switch and switch on the governor, and adjust the transport speed of the transport belt to meet the requirements.

3, press the light 1 open button, UV lamp 1 on, the ammeter is indicated;Then press the light 2 open button, light 2 is on, electricity

4. The indicated temperature of the thermometer starts to work. When the temperature rises to 40~50℃, please turn on the fan switch and turn on the fan immediately.If the temperature exceeds the required temperature of the product, turn off the UV lamp and ask the fan to lower the temperature, so as not to cause unnecessary losses to the product.

  

 

Vi. Maintenance and matters needing attention

 

1, outside the machinery means to keep clean and dry, the ground can not have water.

2. Mechanical transmission shaft, bearing and chain should be oiled regularly.

3, if have discovery lamp tube touch sundry, cannot use the hand to swab directly, swab clean with handkerchief or clean cloth piece of alcohol, make lamp tube work in best condition.

4, do not open the side of the UV machine after boot, UV light on the skin, eyes have a certain harm.

5. Do not open the control door after starting up. It is strictly forbidden to wipe or touch the electrical appliances inside with hands or other things.To avoid electric shock.

6, regularly on the electrical parts dust blowing clean.
