Being economical and practical, with a variety of hard chrome rubber tire for users to choose. The use of hard chrome-plated polished surface heating roller, the surface temperature comes higher with great brightness. Once glued and dried, the viscosity and brightness is really looking good. According to the different materials laminated on the rubber, different pattern can be designed onto the rubber tire, greatly reduced glue loss. Sometimes, We have to make some adjustments basing on the lamination machine shown as above, as the paper to be laminated is having a small tension, especially the paper of 55gsm. CENTER ROLLING HAS TO BE ADOPTED FOR THE PAPER FEEDING AND RECEIVING.

• Glue solid content (active ingredient ratio)
• How much glue has been used on the materials to be laminated
• The tension of laminated materials
