2. Regularly remove paper dust or dust stuck in the gaps of the machine to maintain the normal operation of the machine.

Operation instructions:

1. Pneumatic tools are for protection, not repair.

2. Pneumatic waste cleaning machine is different from other pneumatic tools. After a one-week running-in period, and insisting on the unhindered sliding of the chain and the sprocket at any time, add a few drops of gear oil to the chain every half of the working day to reduce conflicts before extending its operating time.

3. First, determine that the machine is connected to the air source, ensure that the air pressure is 6-8 kgf, and the air pipe needs to be 8 * 12M / M for normal operation.

4. Before the air pressure is turned on, the chain can be rolled freely with your hands, otherwise it cannot be used. After adjusting the direction of the paper scraper, fix the locking screws so that it cannot swing.

5. Before going to or from work every day, be sure to drip three to four drops of special oil for pneumatic tools from the air inlet, and try running in the air for 3~5 seconds.
