High Silica Fabrics are asbestos-free high temperature heat resisting fabrics. AIV offers two basic styles of Silica Fabrics: 600 g/m2 and 1150 g/m2 (or base weight of 18 and 34 oz/yd²).

Unlike standard Silica Fabrics, Our fabrics consist of nearly pure silica fibers with an SiO2 content of 97% to 98% which makes them more resistant to continuous high temperatures.

Our extensive product lineup includes Silica Fabrics with width of 92 to 127 cm (36 to 50 inches), and a variety of surface treatments for enhanced properties.
